How qoki Loyalty Tiers Work
We operate a four-tier system: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Entry into Bronze is automatic upon account creation and first deposit. Progression depends on two metrics: cumulative deposit volume and monthly active session count. There are no fixed spending thresholds—instead, we use point accumulation so every transaction counts toward your next tier.
Your qoki account dashboard displays your current tier, remaining points to the next level, and an expiry date. Tier status refreshes monthly. If a player drops below the point threshold in a calendar month, the system automatically demotes them to the previous tier. This keeps the program transparent and prevents tier inflation.
