Getting qoki on your device
We at qoki offer three installation methods to suit your device and preference. Android users can download our APK file directly and install it on their device—this method is fast and gives you a dedicated qoki app icon on your home screen. iOS users access qoki through the Safari or Chrome browser; we've optimized our web app for iPhone and iPad, so it feels almost native. Desktop and tablet users can also visit qoki.org directly in any browser and enjoy the same game library and account access.
Why download the qoki app
The dedicated qoki Android app offers advantages over mobile browser access. The app caches game assets locally, so Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways load faster after your first play. Push notifications alert you immediately when a tournament you're interested in begins or a live-dealer table opens a new seat. The app also maintains a persistent login, so you don't need to re-enter credentials each session. On iOS, the browser experience is nearly equivalent—Safari renders our web app smoothly, and you can add qoki to your home screen as a web clip for quicker access.

Complete KYC verification and deposit

Device requirements for qoki
We at qoki support Android 7.0 and newer on phones and tablets. This covers most devices manufactured in the last five years. On iOS, we recommend iOS 12.0 or later for Safari and browser-based play; the qoki web app renders smoothly on iPhone 6s and newer. Desktop users need only a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) and a stable internet connection. Our servers maintain compatibility with a wide range of screen sizes, from small phones to large tablets and desktop monitors.
Troubleshooting qoki installation
If qoki installation fails on Android, the most common cause is that your device blocks installs from unknown sources. To fix this, open Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your file manager or browser, and toggle the permission on. Once the qoki APK installs, you can disable this permission again for security. If the download doesn't start, try a different browser or use a stable Wi-Fi connection rather than mobile data.
On iOS, the browser or web-app method doesn't require any special permissions—Safari handles everything. If qoki.org loads slowly in Safari, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If you want to add qoki as a home-screen icon, ensure you're using Safari, tap Share, scroll right, and select Add to Home Screen.
If you install qoki successfully but encounter a blank screen or login errors, check your internet connection and restart the app. Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → qoki → Storage → Clear Cache on Android). Make sure your qoki account email is verified; if not, check your inbox for the confirmation link we sent during signup. If problems persist, contact our support team via the FAQ page or the in-app help menu.
Data, permissions, and qoki security
We at qoki request minimal device permissions to protect your privacy. On Android, the qoki app asks for internet access (to connect to our servers) and storage access (to cache games locally). We do not request access to your contacts, camera, or microphone unless you voluntarily enable two-factor authentication via phone call, in which case we request call permissions. All data transmitted between the qoki app and our servers is encrypted. Your account credentials are never stored in plaintext—we hash and salt passwords server-side. Payment information (for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank transfers) is handled by trusted third-party processors and never stored on your device. Review our full privacy policy for details on data handling on qoki.
Managing your qoki account on mobile
Once logged in to the qoki app, tap the Account menu (usually a gear or profile icon) to access settings. From there, you can update your email, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and adjust notification preferences. Your account balance displays on the main screen; tap it to see deposit and withdrawal history across online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank methods. To withdraw funds on qoki, select your preferred payment method, enter an amount, and confirm—the transaction status appears in your account dashboard.
If you encounter issues logging in on the qoki app, try logging out completely (tap Logout in Account Settings), clear the app cache, and log back in. If your password has changed or you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Recovery links are sent to your registered qoki email address.
