After you log in to qoki
Once you are authenticated on qoki, you land on your personal dashboard. This page displays your current account balance, any pending deposits or withdrawals, and a list of active tournaments and live tables. From the main menu, you can navigate to different sections: Slots (featuring daily and weekly tournaments), Live Casino (for table games), Sportsbook (for football and esports markets), and Account Settings.
If you haven't deposited funds yet, your account will show a zero balance. You can fund your qoki account by selecting a payment method from the Deposit section. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for digital wallets, as well as direct transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet accounts. Once your deposit clears (typically within minutes), your qoki balance updates and you can begin playing.
Common login issues
Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. Enter your email address or username, and we'll send you a secure reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password and return to qoki.
Account locked after multiple failed attempts? For security, qoki temporarily locks accounts after several incorrect password entries. Wait subject to verification and try again, or use the password reset link to regain access immediately.
Two-factor authentication code not arriving? If you've enabled 2FA on qoki, check your email or SMS for the code. Codes expire after subject to verification. If you don't receive it, request a new code from the login screen. Ensure your contact information in your qoki account settings is current.
Browser or cookie issues? If you're having trouble staying logged in to qoki, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the problem persists, try a different browser or device. Contact our support team if you continue to experience issues.
Can't remember your username? Use the email address associated with your qoki account on the login form. If that doesn't work, submit a support request via the FAQ pageand our team will help you recover your account information.
